Acquiring documentation and information of existing conditions from building sites to architectural details can be cumbersome, inefficient, and unsafe. By using the "hands off" approach of 3D Laser Scanning, we will reduce the likelihood of inaccurate data, multiple visits to the job site, safety risks, and prove to be cost effective.

Knowing existing conditions is crucial. Our 3-D laser technology captures all visible data with an accuracy of 5mm at 75 meters.

Sightline has been invited to display their technology at the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the USDA Forest Products Lab (FPL) in Madison on June 23rd, 2010.  On display will be the scans and BIM models created for the Historic Covered Bridges.
