When Accuracy Counts
At SightLine we understand the problems associated with traditional documentation and information gathering of existing structures.
Many challenges are faced when constructing new buildings, creating additions, remodeling and restoring historical structures. Gathering this information can be time consuming and unsafe. The cost of missing and inaccurate documentation means money lost in changes, scheduling, delays and production. Knowing the existing conditions is crucial.
Because our 3-D laser scanning technology captures all visible data with an accuracy of 5mm at 75 meters, the laser scanning method for collecting data proves to be cost effective, safe, efficient and timeless.
The LS880 is capable of collecting data at a distance up to 150 feet with an accuracy of 1/4 inch.
The LS880 will collect all data that is visible within the line of sight. Once this data is captured it is available for processing and will be delivered to the customer in 2D or 3D digital file. Data can also be archieved for future use or documentation.

With the LS880 and Laser ScanArm we are capable of scanning projects inclusive of entire building complexes to small minute details.
